John Frangos and Auradee Pantumkomon Wongsaroj to Present at International Arbitration & Regulatory Global Summit

On August 8, 2019, John Frangos, a partner and deputy director of Tilleke & Gibbins’ dispute resolution group, and Auradee Pantumkomon Wongsaroj, a senior attorney-at-law in the firm’s corporate and commercial group, will speaking at the Thailand & SE Asia: 2nd Annual International Arbitration & Regulatory Global Summit in Bangkok.

At this highly-anticipated event, John will be co-presenting a session entitled “Expectations of Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs: A Comparative Perspective” with Daniel Levison, a partner from Morrison Foerster in Singapore. Focusing on compliance in Thailand, John’s portion of the presentation will bring attendees up to date with compliance risks, best practices for compliance programs in the jurisdiction, and law enforcement expectations from the NACC, and other ASEAN enforcement agencies.

Later in the day, Auradee will present an update on recent changes to Thailand’s anti-competition regime, focusing on the practical impacts that the changes will have on companies doing business in Thailand.
