The Thailand chapter of the guide covers:

  • Media Law: Freedom of expression, speech, press, association, assembly, and petition under the 2016 Constitution of Thailand; Printing Registration Act; Act Relating to the Conducting of Broadcasting and Television Business; Act on Organization to Assign Radio Frequency and to Regulate Broadcasting and Telecommunication Services; Movie and Video Act; Electronic Transactions Act; Computer Crime Act; Official Information Act; Copyright Act; Optical Disc Act; certain sections of the Penal Code; case law; defamation; invasion of privacy; and the right of publicity.
