After a visit to the Museum of Counterfeit Goods by a reporter of the Hong Kong Economic Times earlier this year, a Chinese-language article was published in April, covering the purpose of the museum and Tilleke & Gibbins’ range of IP clients. Building on an interview with Wiramrudee (Pink) Mokkhavesa, an attorney-at-law in the Tilleke & Gibbins IP group, the article also details the various forms of IP infringement displayed at the museum, the most common counterfeit products found in Thailand, and penalties for the purchase of such goods.
The Hong Kong Economic Times is the leading financial daily in Hong Kong since 1988.
