Tilleke & Gibbins has been nominated for two national categories and two regional categories in the Asian Legal Business  Southeast Asia Law Awards 2017. This year’s winners will be announced at the St. Regis Singapore on May 18, 2017.The four nominations earned by the firm are as follows:

John Frangos, consultant in the dispute resolution group at Tilleke & Gibbins, was interviewed by GTDT Aviation Law News  for his insights into the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand’s recent renewed efforts to tackle deliberate default on lease agreements by certain domestic charter airlines.

John Frangos, a consultant in the Tilleke & Gibbins dispute resolution group, will act as moderator for an upcoming seminar on “Guerrilla Tactics in International Arbitration.” The event will be jointly hosted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Thailand Arbitration Center, and the International Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

On February 22, Marsh, a global leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, and Tilleke & Gibbins will host a boardroom briefing to discuss product liability risks in the food and beverage (F&B) sector. The event will be held at 10 a.m. at Tilleke & Gibbins’ Bangkok office.
