Three Tilleke & Gibbins partners have been invited to lecture at the “ASEAN Business and Investment Law Training Course,” hosted by the Law and Development Research Center, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University. The course is designed for legal practitioners and academics who hold an interest in business and investment laws in Southeast Asia.
Our lawyers will present on the following topics:
- Nandana Indananda: Introduction to the Thai court system and intellectual property rights
- Cynthia M. Pornavalai: Land ownership and credit facilities
- Kobkit Thienpreecha: Business organizations, regulatory hurdles in starting a business, foreign equity ownership, and tax structures and repatriation of profits
The lectures will take place over two days.
