Biography

Niko Myint Soe is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ Yangon office. Niko assists her clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including investment licensing and company establishment. She has extensive experience dealing with the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration as well as the Myanmar Investment Commission, which has granted her a deep familiarity with their respective procedures and requirements. Through her collaboration with government bodies, Niko has also gained insight into the workings of Myanmar’s Food and Drug Administration, and she is frequently sought for her advice on regulatory affairs such as licensing, regulatory compliance, and import/export matters.

Niko previously worked at a leading law firm in Myanmar, where she gained a broad range of experience in intellectual property issues. She graduated from the University of Dagon with a Bachelor of Laws, and she holds a Diploma of Business Law and a Diploma in International Law from the University of Yangon.
